Cha Cha Matcha is an up & coming tea & coffee shop that is currently looking for a lead barista that

has 1 year + experience in specialty coffee (i.e la colombe, stumptown, intelli) etc.

We are only looking for candidates that have shift lead experience
have experience training new hires
are passionate about tea and coffee
have fun, personable, outgoing personalities

12-16 P/H + 10 P/H tips – based on experience
