Specialty coffee roasting company now hiring for  lead barista position,  Must have minimum 2 yr latte art proficiency working with specialty coffees with open availability, open/close weekday/weekend shifts. Experienced, professional baristas only.
Must be efficient, highly organized and systematic, attention to detail
Willingness to  learn and improve skills, thrive in a fast paced environment
Consistently demonstrate highest standards of coffee preparation efficiently:
Properly prepared drinks  in timely manner while keeping work area clean and providing friendly professional customer service
NYC foodhandler’s card is preferred, and will be required to obtain after employment
Our bar uses la marzocco gb5 4 group machine and mythos grinders
Operating schedule 7-7 and 8-7 Must have open availability to work, 6-7 hr /shift
Salary is hourly + shift tips Health benefits package offer to FT employees, commuter benefits to all employees
