We are seeking a professional, creative and warm barista. You will be working closely with all departments and baristas to build systems, design the menu and build a community of regulars. Passion for coffee and people is a must.

The coffee bar will serve primarily Tandem Coffee Roasters (from Portland, ME) with a rotating guest roaster that the Lead Barista will eventually help to decide. We will be working on a La Marzocco PB with ABR, Fetco, Mahlkonig Peaks and EK43.

– An understanding of proper food handling and sanitation requirements, have a current Food Handlers permit. 2 years experience preferred**Our sister restaurant Vinegar Hill House is relaxed and in an unassuming and historical part of the Brooklyn waterfront in between Dumbo and the Navy Yard. It offers a seasonal menu using the best ingredients possible gathered through developing relationships with like-minded producers of meat, fish and produce. These ingredients are used to compose artful and satisfying eats out of our wood-fired oven.
