Job Description

Dean and Deluca is looking for a highly motivated and experienced barista to lead our team and oversee quality at our SoHo location.

The job requires the following skills:

• Show mastery of drink making and coffee knowledge
• Must be able to dial in both espresso and brewed coffee
• Ability to work with a range of staff from long term, experienced baristas to brand new baristas
• Friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal communicator
• Maintain coffee inventory
• Oversee daily maintenance of coffee equipment
• Punctual, and tidy, with strong organizational skills

Must be at least 18 years old.
