Lead Barista Wanted

Exciting Overseas Opportunity!

1. Do you like expressing your inner-artist in your work/workplace?
2. Do you like working with people from all over the world?
3. Do you have at least two years’ experience leading and training baristas?
4. Do you have coffee roasting experience? (would be nice, but not required)
5. Do you have a US Passport valid for at least 6 months?

We are a new American owned and operated boutique coffee house anchored outside of North America.  We are a fun new concept and our clientele includes Americans, UK and EU citizens as well as people from around the world.

Do you have an enthusiastic and fresh personality?  Do you like adventure?  Do you have at least two years of experience training and leading baristas in a coffee house?  Do you want an amazing experience for a year, or a chance to grow with us?

We are looking for a Head Barista to lead our staff of english-speaking European baristas and train them in the fine art of coffee making.  The exceptional candidate will also have coffee roasting experience.

We offer a  strong tax-exempt salary with profit sharing and one month’s paid vacation time.  We provide housing, transportation and round-trip air travel.
