Job Description

We are seeking experienced baristas for our new coffee cart on a busy corner at the border of Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill. The cart will be operating outside the space in the works — an energy efficient/eco-conscious cafe and cocktail bar along with a backyard set to open in early 2022. We are excited to introduce our partnership with Coava Coffee Roasters to Brooklyn and will be serving espresso drinks only to start. Opportunities to host food pop-up’s and events on our front deck will also be open. We are looking for energetic individuals with a passion for coffee that can welcome in the community to our space. Our team values a genuine spirit of hospitality, organization and attention to detail.

– Customer service-minded individuals that are friendly, efficient and calm under pressure will make the best candidates
– We are looking for baristas with experience on a manual machine, latte art skills and the ability to work independently
– A food handler’s license and 1 year of specialty coffee experience preferred, but not required. Training is available for the right individual.

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
