1. LEAD BARISTA

Job Type: Full-Time

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Barista to join our team. As the Lead Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the café, mentoring and training staff, and ensuring that every cup of coffee meets our high standards of quality. You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while fostering a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities:**
– Oversee daily café operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
– Train and mentor baristas on coffee preparation techniques and customer service best practices.
– Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the café.
– Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
– Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
– Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any issues.
– Assist in developing and implementing new menu items and promotional strategies.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
– Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
– Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Passion for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

2. REGULAR BARISTA

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages to customers.
– Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
– Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
– Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety.
– Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
– Engage with customers to promote and upsell menu items.

**Qualifications:**
– Minimum 1 year of experience.
– A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
