Hiring: Lead Barista at ENLY- $22/hr + tips. (Full time)

ENLY is a woman-owned specialty coffee shop known for quality drinks, great energy, and a strong community vibe. We’re looking for a Lead Barista to join our team full-time and help us continue o grow.

The ROLE AND REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty coffee.
-Comfortable and confident in high-volume environments.
-Holds a valid New York Food Handler’s License.
-Previous coffeeshop shift lead or manager experience preferred.
-Experience working in a small business setting.
-Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service.
-Maintain high standards for quality, customer experience, and cleanliness.
-Assist with training, and daily operations.
-Be proactive, reliable, and a clear communicator.
-Passionate about coffee and fostering a welcoming community.
