We are seeking an Immediate Full and Part-time experienced Lead (Manager) Baristas with exceptional hospitality and ready to execute high quality beverages and have an extensive knowledge about coffee for our new locations.

Skills / Qualifications:

-Great attitude and organizational skills for our coffee shops in Manhattan.
-Retail Management Experience.

-Barista experience (manual & automatic machines)

– Hiring, coaching and leading staff members

-Provide product knowledge to retail staff and customers

-LA MARZOCCO Machine experience of at least a year is mandatory

-Great attention to detail and customer service oriented

-Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation procedures

-Latte ART skills are “Required”

-Review of weekly work schedule and approve employees timesheets

-Flexible schedule (for part-time only)

-Food Handler Certification recommended but not required
