Newly established in 2015, Kuppi Coffee Company is located on the banks of the Hudson River in Edgewater, NJ. Our beautiful, new shop is spacious and modern and our boardwalk in the back opens up to stunning views of Manhattan. From day one, we will dedicate ourselves to consistently delivering a new level of service, food, and coffee to our customers. We want every trip to our shop to be the best coffee experience our customers have ever had. We are committed to building a first class coffee program and we intend to do so with first class people.

Kuppi is looking for people whose passion is great service and coffee is the means to express it. We answer questions with sincerity and respond to requests with enthusiasm. Baristas must love coffee and share their love in a friendly and accessible manner. Our goal should be to make each customer as comfortable as possible and we expect you to be eager and proactive in achieving that goal. The kitchen needs help? Dishes need to get done? Bathroom needs cleaning? No problem, we all pitch in to help! When not making coffee or helping customers, we will endeavor to maintain a clean, tidy, and well stocked coffee shop. We are teaming up with George Howell Coffee and will provide continuous training and education. For barista positions, we prefer at least one year of coffee experience. For our lead barista position, we require at least two years of working in coffee shops with management experience prefered. Experience leading cuppings and familiarity with VST and refractometers a plus.

Compensation will be competitive and based on experience. The lead barista position has one week paid vacation. We are located less than ten minutes from Manhattan with several transportation options available.
