Nobletree Coffee is a vertically integrated coffee company with an enviable soil to sip model that is looking for eager lead baristas, baristas, and cashiers who can champion our quality and hospitality standards.

We’re looking for passionate baristas who can work well under pressure but are also self starting with strong problem solving skills. We’re also looking for folks with a knack for hospitality, organizational skills, and the ability to pull a great shot of espresso paired with latte art. Food and other beverage skills are a plus! Although preference will go to experienced baristas, we’re willing to train the right people.
