Tugboat is looking to hire an outstanding manager to join our hardworking team.

We are a neighborhood cafe that serves great coffee and food. Our motto is “you don’t have to be pretentious to be good”. Applicants need the following:

– A positive personality. We are looking for people who aren’t afraid to smile and make small talk while they are making sales. A coffee shop should be an uplifting and relaxing place to visit and we want people who portray a sense of calm even when the pace is hectic.
– A solid history making coffee and coffee drinks in a fast paced environment. Experience with a Marzocco a plus.
– A desire to work. Seriously, we are a busy shop that is only looking for solid people looking to serve customers, improvise and problem solve.
– A food handler’s license, although if you are good enough we can help you get one asap.
