The Bean, a trendy, independent cafe in the East Village, is growing and looking for mature, experienced baristas that can lead a shift and/or a store. Full time morning and night shifts available Must have already been shift or store leaders already. Understands how to run teammates as well as work together with them. Must be responsible, reliable, punctual, efficient, hard working and dependable. Must multi task and handle pressure well.
