Nobletree Coffee is recruiting experienced Baristas for our flagship World Trade Center Café. We are looking for dynamic and outgoing coffee professionals with a passion for craft and exceptional customer service and heads-up hospitality. Nobletree baristas take ownership of the last link of the coffee supply chain by executing personal coffee experiences in a high-volume environment, operating a cash register efficiently and accurately, and maintaining a clean and neat workstation.

Qualifications:

Specialty coffee experience is ideal, but we can teach coffee to friendly people.

Cashiering skills required with experience with POS system.

Weekend and mornings/nights availability (6 a.m. to 9 p.m. or later – not in the same day) required.

Enthusiasm for making people’s days better.

Love of clean and tidy spaces (and willingness to keep them that way).

A passion for storytelling; ability to convey the Soil-to-Sip story that makes Nobletree Coffee unique.

Comfortable working closely with a small team in a high-energy and fast-paced setting.

NYC Food Protection Certificate (or interest in obtaining one) a plus.

Ability to travel to the World Trade Center.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.

Excellent communication skills with team members and customers.
