Filtered Coffee Harlem is in search of an organized and energized Manager. We are looking for someone with a great positive attitude who knows how to motivate a staff and get things done.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage a fast-paced cafe with an emphasis on personal and professional customer service
• Develop, motivate, and manage a team of baristas
• Manage store inventory
• Scheduling
• Shift coverage
• Maintain the highest quality of product presented in a consistent manner!

Qualifications:

•  Appreciation for excellent coffee
•  At least one year of experience in third wave coffee
• Must have management experience
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
• New York Food Handler License Required

** Must be available on weekends **
