Job Description

Hiring a Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Jersey City location. This role includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, monitoring financial performance, and upholding brand standards to create a memorable café experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
-Oversee day-to-day coffee shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
-Ensure consistent product quality and presentation according to company standards.

Staff Management
-Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas
-Foster a positive team culture focused on excellent service and collaboration.

Customer Service
-Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a high-quality coffee experience.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Inventory
-Order, receive, and track inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
