Lenox Coffee in Harlem is looking for a quality experienced manager to lead our team. We are a tight-knit group of talented baristas who need a leader! We pride ourselves on curating superb coffee in a friendly, community-driven environment.

Applicants must have management experience in a coffee shop or cafe. We are looking for a stellar barista who can juggle working shifts on the floor, ordering, scheduling the staff, and solving problems that may arise in the day-to-day, while maintaining a positive attitude. Applicants must haver superior time-management skills, and fulfill 40hrs/week.

Requirements on bar include:

– Ability to pull correct shots using the correct dry/wet mass

-Ability to create microfoam

-Consistent latte art skills

-A passion for the art of coffee in all capacities.

New York Food Handlers Certificate is required.
