Job Description

Filtered Bronx is in search of a dedicated and detail oriented manager. We are looking for someone with a great positive attitude who knows how to motivate a staff and get things done in an organized fashion.

Responsibilities:
– Successfully manage a fun cafe with an emphasis on personal and professional customer service
– Develop, motivate, and manage a team of baristas
– Manage store inventory

-Maintain the highest quality of product presented in a consistent manner

35-40 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Appreciation for excellent coffee
– At least one year of experience in third wave coffee
– Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills

–New York Food Handlers License Required

** Must be available on weekends **
