Hihg-volume coffee shop in search of a dedicated and detail oriented manager. We are looking for someone with a great positive attitude who knows how to motivate a staff and get things done!

Responsibilities:

•  Successfully manage a fast-paced cafe with an emphasis on personal and     professional customer service
•  Develop, motivate, and manage a team of baristas
•  Manage store inventory
•  Maintain the highest quality of product presented in a consistent manner!

Qualifications:

•  Appreciation for excellent coffee
•  Must have experience in a high volume shop
•  At least one year of experience managing third wave coffee
•  Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
•  New York Food Handler License Required
