Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and more-than-competent Manager for our Long Island City store.  Our ideal is someone who’s passionate about coffee and hospitality and is upbeat and professional, able to drive sales and uphold drink standards.

You must have a minimum of two-years specialty coffee experience and you must have your NY Food Handler’s Card.  Having previously been a manager or shift lead and or experience with ordering, scheduling, opening / closing procedures, Health Department compliance and cash handling is necessary for this role.

Our Manager works Sunday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm.  Pay $18-20/hour commensurate with experience plus quarterly bonus based on achievement of KPI’s. Vacation, Sick pay, Health and Dental insurance.  You need to be able to lift up to 30lbs and be able to climb stairs.
