We are looking for a Manager for our West Village location.  Our Managers are coffee superstars with the number one priority of looking after the talent and making sure they are happy and have everything they need to succeed in their jobs.

To apply for this job you need:

*  to have managed a like specialty store for no less than two years

*  have excellent coffee skills

*  have wonderful communication and actually like talking to staff and customers

*  a good working knowledge of inventory, ordering and managing a schedule, we use Square and When I Work currently

*  able to project manage a problem 

*  able to diffuse a situation in a flash, and make someones day better but being kind

*  have your food handlers and be able to secure an A every inspection

*  good IT problem solving skills

A working knowledge of Spanish would be great, as well as having worked with food as WV has a kitchen.

Our Managers go on to great things, we look to our Managers to join our Management team in wholesale including Education, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Roasting and Operations.

You need the ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours, lift up to 30lbs and be able to climb ladders, including the ability to hear audible cues.

You will need to show proof of vaccination to work for us, or submit to a weekly covid test.
