Job Description

Cafe La Cerra is in search of skilled, responsible baristas to fill in part-time or full-time positions at Our cafe, up to $15/hr based on experience, prefereably in a third wave coffee shop and/or professionally trained in Specialty Coffee.
General Requirements:
-Thorough knowledge of dialing in coffees, steaming perfectly micro-foamed milk and serving each coffee with a great presentation everytime.
-Food Handlers Certificate or ability to get one within one month of being hired.
-minimum of one year cafe experience and/or specialty coffee training.
Managerial Duties/Requirements
-Two years as a specialty coffee barista with some professional specialty coffee training
-Food Handlers Certificate
-Experience with a manual machine and various pourover methods, you will be helping to train.
-Managing wholesale pastry and food accounts. We do have a kitchen and you will be responsible for ordering food, produce and paper goods.
-Payroll submission and employee scheduling
Time management and ability to organize staff is a MUST!
