Job Description

We are looking to fill out all positions (Manager,Shift Leads and Baristas) for new upscale specialty coffee shops throughout Manhattan.

General requirements for Coffee Professionals:

* Deep knowledge and understanding of Specialty Coffee.

* Passion and craftsmanship for coffee with an interest in pursuing a career in the industry.

* Professional attitude with superior customer service skills, focused and able to multi task.

* Team player

For Managers specifically:

2 years New York City experience in managerial positions

Food handler’s certificate is a must

Be able to lead a team of unique personalities and balance them out.
