SHARED ROASTING is hiring a full-time Membership Manager in Brooklyn.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage and maintain Shared One facilities and equipment
+ Manage and ensure safe and efficient production schedules for clients from check-in to departure each day
+ Manage daily logistics
+ Ensure that service and operating standards are met for all clients

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Effective communicator who enjoys helping and managing people
+ Proven ability to multitask throughout the day
+ Desire to wear multiple hats at the roastery from machine maintenance to brewing coffee for guests
+ Self-starter with checklist-oriented mentality where no task is too small
+ Willingness to occasionally perform physical tasks, ie moving boxes, coffee, etc

COMPENSATION:
+ Full-time, hourly employee ($24-$28) based on experience with potential for occasional OT
+ Potential to grow into salaried role at Shared One or Shared Two after proven performance

Shared Roasting, based in Brooklyn, provides coffee solutions for cafes, e-commerce businesses and wholesalers across North America including services such as roastery membership, toll roasting, and private label coffee.

Our mission is to support small coffee businesses in reaching their unique goals. Founded in November 2019, Shared currently supports over 175 coffee businesses across 12 states, and the team has educated and advised over 50 businesses on creating and operating their own in-house coffee roasting programs.

The team currently operates 4 Lorings and 6 packing fulfillment stations in Brooklyn, with on-site climate-controlled storage capacity of over 200,000lbs of green coffee.
