Job Description

Our local family-run growing Third Wave Craft Coffee company is seeking a qualified Multi-Unit Store Manager to help manage and oversee 2-3 of our espresso bar & cafe locations in the western area of the East End, including our Westhampton Beach and Aquebogue stores.

Hampton Coffee Company Managers are responsible for encouraging a hard-working and positive environment, overseeing day-to day-operations, scheduling, and providing leadership for all employees as well as grown and development for the Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Leaders working under them.

We are looking for a special person that is passionate about hand-roasted local coffee sourced directly from small farms, pastries baked at 4am each morning in their cafe, and who has excellent customer service skills, natural leadership, a can-do attitude, and the drive each and every day to help Hampton Coffee Company continue its growth as the next regional coffee superstar.

Requirements:

-AT LEAST 2 years successful documented UPPER MANAGEMENT experience in a fast food, fast casual, or espresso bar/cafe environment.

-You should be an experienced leader who excels in customer service and loves their customers.

-You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves; you are not afraid of hard work -we never sit down here.

-Your store is like your own business and you are responsible for creating a highly productive team and environment.

-You can multi-task and adapt to the business needs.

-You have strong business acumen and can identify and address trends of store performance.

-You can be the heart of your team, coach and guide, but also accept and implement feedback from your managers.

-You provide consistent coaching, training, and effective communication at every level in your store.
