New Restaurant Opening – Roastery Concept

The concept is a 22k sq ft marketplace experience with 2 specialty coffee bars serving rare, small lot coffees on 7 different brewing methods: Black Eagle manual espresso machine, Siphon, Chemex, Pour-over stations, Nitro, Clover & Clover X to name a few!

We will also have an Italian restaurant called Princi where we cook and bake in store, full mixology bar with signature and craft cocktails as well as imported and local beers and wines, we have a really robust retail area that sells everything from clothes to brewing equipment to artwork, bikes and electric scooters, as well as a Roasting manufacturing facility where customers can interact with the Roasters and see the coffee at each step of the process. We plan to be one of the top 10 bars in the world and will be a significant tourist destination as this will be the only one of its kind on the east coast.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• As open availability as possible & flexibility, must be able to attend 2 weeks of mandatory training in November from 9 am -5:30pm
• Previous experience in fast-paced, high volume environment
