Job Description

Box Kite NYC is a coffee shop in the East Village serving a rotating selection of coffees from Madcap and Ritual Coffee Roasters alongside many guest roasters from around the world. In addition to serving late night coffee (until midnight), we also feature a dinner program and an eclectic selection of wine, beer, and cider. We are looking for a full-time night barista to join our small yet passionately dedicated team. Ideal candidates must be friendly, outgoing, professional, and have a deep interest in all aspects of specialty coffee.

Requirements: two years experience at a specialty coffee shop (cafe, restaurant, et al), food handler’s certificate or a scheduled test date, availability on evenings including Saturday nights.
