Help Build the Next Chapter of Parlor Coffee.
Parlor Coffee has never been built from a playbook.
For over a decade, we’ve grown by roasting New York’s finest coffee, working with the same producers year after year, and supplying many of the best cafes and restaurants in the city (and far beyond). This year we expanded our Brooklyn footprint with our new roastery at 15 Vanderbilt Avenue.
Now we’re looking for someone to help us build what comes next.
Not simply by maintaining operations, but by improving them.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building systems that scale, and leading people with clarity, accountability, and respect.

About the Role
This is more than a production management position.
As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Brooklyn headquarters while helping shape how Parlor operates for years to come.
You’ll partner closely with company leadership to improve workflows, strengthen communication, build scalable systems, and support the continued growth of our production, fulfillment, delivery and facilities operations.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what needs fixing.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the daily operations of our production, fulfillment, and delivery functions while continuously improving how work gets done across our Brooklyn facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day production, fulfillment, and delivery operations
- Translating sales and demand data into clear production plans that guide weekly roasting and production priorities.
- Managing and developing production team members and delivery drivers
- Building and improving systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Improving workflow, organization, scheduling, and efficiency
- Partnering with leadership on operational planning and execution
- Overseeing facilities, vendor management, maintenance, workplace organization and day-to-day operational compliance
- Monitoring labor utilization and operational performance
- Supporting accurate inventory flow across receiving, storage, productions, and outbound shipments
- Creating an environment where accountability, communication, and teamwork thrive

We’re more interested in someone who has successfully built and improved operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience
- Experience leading teams in manufacturing, food & beverage, hospitality, logistics, or a similar operational environment
- Experience working with production, inventory, ERP, or scheduling systems; familiarity with Cropster or similar platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated success improving operational processes and building scalable systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $90,000–$105,000
