JOB DETAILS:

Bonjour! I am looking for an enthusiastic team member to help grow my small business by offering exceptional customer service.

Atelier Ariana is a café and pâtisserie in Carroll Gardens that opened fall 2024. It is a space to bring French-inspired foods, teas, coffees, and other beverages to Brooklyn. Our menus feature seasonal, unique recipes made in-house.

An ideal candidate will see the value in artisanal products and be eager to share them with current and future customers. Someone who is personable, adaptable, and works toward the goals of the team will be a valuable addition.

This is a part time position. You will be responsible for opening the café Wednesday and Sunday, and closing the café Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The current hours would be (21h/week): Wed 6:30AM-9:30AM, Thur-Fri 2PM-5PM, Sat 12PM-7PM, Sun 8AM-3PM.

REQUIREMENTS:
An ideal candidate must be
-Adaptable and flexible to schedule changes
-Able to work on a team, as well as independently
-Approachable and respectable to all customers (and staff too)
-Eager to work for a small business and ready to tackle all tasks including: service, cleaning, dishwashing, and any other items that might come up
-Ready to join a hardworking team who works diligently to ensure customers have a great experience and the entire team reaches their goals!

COMPENSATION: $17/hour + tips

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certificate in Food Protection (ideal)
