Experienced barista needed at Upstate Stock.

We are not your average coffee shop. With grocery, retail, and coffee, Upstate Stock is a dynamic and fast paced atmosphere with VERY high volume.

Some coffee experience is a must but more importantly, applicants must be customer service oriented AND be able to handle high volume of both coffee and retail. This is a great position for individuals with restaurant experience and would like a long-term, felxible hour, high tipped position.

$17 hour minimum hourly to start (based on experience) plus high volume tips that average at least $30 and generally closer to $40+ an hour. This is a very high tipped position for coffee, and we expect responsible and mature applicants.

We would consider part-time and full-time.
