BESFREN is looking to hire both barista and store manager.

Barista Requirements

• 6+ months experience in specialty coffee environment
• Punctual and responsible with schedules
• Schedule: Must have opening(6:30- 3:00) availability
• Able to work 3days a week at least
• Latte Art skills required (heart)
• Proficient in manual coffee machines
• Knowledge and ability to dial in espresso
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Able to multi-task efficiently and learn other drink recipe-We have various menus other than espresso drinks.

Manager Requirements

•   One-year coffee experience or comparable market, shift lead or assistant manager role
•   Inventory managing skills
•   Flexible and responsible with schedules
•   Knowledge and ability to dial in espresso is a +++
•   Upbeat and professional customer service
•   Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization behind the bar.

Salary

• Hourly wage – Baristas, based on experience.
• Salary – Manager, based on experience
