As the company changes and expands, a new field technician is needed. A list of desired traits is as follows:
Must work carefully with attention to craftsmanship.
Must be mechanically inclined, however experience is not necessary. Frankly, barista experience is more valuable, as a working knowledge of making coffee is required.
Pay is tied to skill.
