BESFREN is looking to hire a barista/store manager who has knowledge of coffee from bean to cup and an appreciation of the finer points of making a great cup of coffee. Also, who has an upbeat, professional and customer service are essential for this position. The candidate is also expected to be able to handle large quantities of quality drinks at the peak time and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization behind the bar.

for the role of general manager, We prefer you to start as a part timer first to prove if we are a good fit to each other.

Requirements
•   6+ months experience in specialty coffee environment
•   Punctual and responsible with schedules

•   Schedule: Must have opening(6:30- 3:00) availability

•   Able to work 3days a week at least
•   Latte Art skills required (heart)
•   Proficient in manual coffee machines
•   Knowledge and ability to dial in espresso
•   Able to work well as part of a team
•   Able to multi-task efficiently and learn other drink recipe

     – We have various menus other than espresso drinks.
