Job Description

Partners Coffee is a small batch roaster in Williamsburg New York roasting quality coffee. We are looking for production team staff.

You need to be friendly, reliable, detail orientated and you will have ideally worked in a warehouse environment; preferably coffee or food service. In our warehouse you will be part of a crew that fills, bags, labels, picks, packs and ships coffee (and other inventory) to our customers. The Warehouse roasts every day and we ship six days a week. We are looking to hire someone who can work 30 – 40 hours, and no less than one day on the weekend. Our warehouse team also assists with deliveries, so a drivers license is a benefit. There is room for advancement; often our production team goes on to do other roles within the company including roasting, education, and sales. Health, dental, vision, including sick pay are all available at certain milestones .

Requirements
• Reaching with hands and arms
• Standing up to 10 hours per day
• Walking throughout site
• Lifting up to 50lbs throughout the day
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Hearing and the ability to perceive mechanical sound cues
• Repetitive physical movements of the hands and wrists throughout the day
