Job Description

Devoción is hiring part-time coffee production assistants at our flagship roastery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The primary purpose of this role is preparing and packaging of all our coffees and products in a meticulous and timely fashion while assisting our Master Roaster.

One year of warehouse or coffee experienced is preferred. Candidates should have a passion for coffee, be organized with an eye for detail, be extremely hard-working and should be excited to work on a team. Must able to lift boxes and coffee bags weighing 55 lbs or more. Valid driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish speakers preferred but not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparing packaging materials for shipping
• Labeling of bags and boxes
• Order fulfillment for coffee orders
• Ensuring orders are accurately filled, packed and shipped
• Communicating inventory levels with the Production Manager
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and cleaning of production equipment

Production runs Monday to Friday, and part-time shifts are from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evening and weekend shifts may be required as needed.
