Job Description

Parlor Coffee is looking for a Temporary Production Assistant to support our roasting and fulfillment operations during a busy production period. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION
this position is: hourly, $20/hr +

What You’ll Do
– Accurately assemble, label, and package roasted coffee
– Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale and retail orders for local delivery and shipment
– Assist with inventory tracking of packaging, labels, and shipping supplies
– Stage roasted batches for packaging as directed
– Support green coffee handling, roastery organization, and general facility upkeep
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food-safety and sanitation standards
– Assist with local wholesale partner deliveries as needed
– Follow all safety, PPE, and operational protocols
– Participate in production meetings and cuppings when scheduled

What We’re Looking For
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team
– Able to work efficiently in a production or warehouse-style environment
– Prior experience in production, fulfillment, warehouse, food, or manufacturing environments is a plus, but not required
– Interest in coffee or food production is a bonus

Physical Requirements
– Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
– Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
