Job Description

Part-time production associate needed for wholesale packing days. At the moment, we only need help on Thursdays, from 8:30am-12:30 or 1pm. If there is a heavier packing day, may go an extra hour or two. This job will be expanding in tasks and number of days in the near future.

Ideal candidate:
Hard-working and diligent, hands-on approach while adapting to on-the-fly changes
Pays attention to detail and wants to get the job done right
Problem solving and positive attitude is very important
Works efficiently, but carefully
Self-starter, can catch on quickly
Shows an interest in wanting to take on more responsibility in the company

Core Responsibilities:
Organize wholesale orders into a packing list and ensure all orders are packed completely
Sticker wholesale bags and prepare them for packing
Fill wholesale coffee bags and pack into labeled boxes for each account
Palletize boxes for pickup and ensure pick up is done correctly

Salary:
$18/hour to start, with performance-based raises
