Job Title: Production Coordinator
Our production team members do an impressive job of preparing and packaging all the delicious coffee delivered to our guests and digital subscribers.

Objective: Support completing daily fulfillment targets by managing production flow. The Coordinator processes incoming orders then facilitates a successful production workflow. This role uses critical thinking skills to foresee and mitigate upcoming production pinch points and coordinate appropriately with the Director of Production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary
Manage wholesale customer order process from end to end including entering new customer info, taking orders, answering customer questions, shipping, invoicing, tracking orders, billing, and processing payments/refunds/credits
Support Production Director as needed and escalate issues for support to the Production Director as needed

Secondary
Secondary Roles and Responsibilities:
Support daily fulfillment work which including prepping bags/boxes, bagging coffee, organizing product, packing orders, grinding coffee, receiving deliveries, doing inventory, maintaining logs and communicating effectively with fulfillment colleagues
Taking on special projects to assist in future planning
Communicate regularly with supervisor including speaking up thoughtfully about opportunities to improve process or workflow

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Quickbooks experience
Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in excel and word
The ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time (at least 8 hours per day and 5 days per week)
The ability to lift, push/pull, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds
The ability to have close visual acuity to perform repetitive visual checking, counting, spotting small defects, determine accuracy of numbers and package

Compensation and Benefit Details: Full Time
Hourly Rate of $18 – $25 DOE
Reports to Production Director
Access to company health care programs with 50% employer contribution after 90 days
