Partners Coffee is looking for friendly, reliable, detail orientated people that ideally have worked in a warehouse environment. In our warehouse you will be part of a crew that fills, bags, labels, picks, packs and ships coffee (and other inventory) to our customers. The Warehouse roasts every day and we ship six days a week, so one weekend availability is a requirement shifts are 6 – 8 hours, no less than three days a week availability to apply. Our warehouse team also assists with deliveries, so a drivers license is a benefit. There is room for advancement, currently two members of our roasting team started in production and were trained as roasters. Health, dental, vision benefits, including sick pay and commuter benefits all available at certain milestones.

Requirements
• Reaching with hands and arms
• Standing up to 10 hours per day
• Walking throughout site
• Lifting up to 50lbs throughout the day
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Hearing and the ability to perceive mechanical sound cues
• Repetitive physical movements of the hands and wrists throughout the day
