Part-Time Production Assistant

Job Description

The Milk & Pull team is looking to expand our quality control team with the addition of a new production assistant. We roast for our three locations at the Regalia Roasting Collective in Long Island City. The position would require traveling and working out of the roastery as well as to our three locations to assist in Quality Control.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and making connections with the community. Some experience working in specialty coffee is strongly preferred as the position will involve cupping, assisting in barista training, and eventually coffee roasting. The position will be part time ranging from 20-25 hours a week and will include some early mornings.

Physical requirements of the position include:
-Ability to stand for 8 or more hours.
-Lift over 50 lbs comfortably.
-Travel between the roastery, cafe locations and other events.
