We are currently hiring for part-time help at our Roastery filling orders, & at our cafe as a barista. There is potentially a 1 x week delivery driving position open as well

Production:
Wednesdays, 10a – 5p – $26/hr

Requirements:

• Coffee Industry Experience
• English Fluency
• Ability to lift 50lbs & spend extended time standing
• Overhead Lifting
• Serious organizational skills. Neat workspaces & methodical thinking are critical
• Desire to learn about coffee, and coffee supply chain

Cafe

(1 shift TBD), $17.00 – $19.00/hr + tips, commensurate w/ experience. We are happy to provide previous 30 day tip average as a reference point.

Applicants must have a strong customer service background, specialty coffee experience, and be comfortable working and operating a cafe alone.

Requirements:

• 3 years customer service experience
• 1-2 years specialty coffee experience
• Knowledge of standard espresso beverages
• Closing & Opening experience
• Have Weekend Availability
• NY food handler’s certificate
• Ability to work on your feet 7-8hrs a day, lift 50lb un-assisted, climb stairs

Up to 40hr sick pay allotted at beginning of every year
