Job Description
Position: Project Manager (Analytics & Operations)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Reports To: CEO
Summary
The Project Manager will oversee cross-departmental initiatives focused on process improvement, product procurement, pricing analysis, and data-driven decision support. This role bridges analytics and operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and deliver measurable impact across Irving Farm’s retail, wholesale, and production business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track ongoing business projects across departments, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Conduct pricing analysis to evaluate cost structures, profitability, and margin opportunities for products and service lines.
- Support product procurement processes, including vendor evaluation, sourcing, and inventory planning.
- Partner with finance, sales, and operations to gather and analyze performance metrics that guide strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to measure project performance and business outcomes.
- Document and streamline internal workflows to increase efficiency and accountability.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate project status, identify roadblocks, and align priorities.
- Manage ad-hoc operational or analytical projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management, analytics, or operations (hospitality, CPG, or manufacturing experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience in vendor management, pricing models, or procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation:
- $80k – 90k salary DOE
- 3 weeks PTO annually
