Job Description

Partners Coffee in Brooklyn New York is looking for a Quality Control Manager to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse in the production, delivery and shipping of coffee, cold brew, tea and the logistics of running and maintaining a supply chain. In this role your number one priority is building a happy committed team, you will oversee the processes and procedures for the warehouse and its staff and stakeholders. Working closely with the Operations Director, Roasters, Supply Chain Manager and Customer Service Team your goal is to ensure that our products ship daily without delay.

Qualifications:
• Experienced in Warehouse logistics and operations
• Approachable, thoughtful, and positive
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Stellar organization, planning, & time management talents
• Familiarity with Schedule software, Shipstation, UPS, Excel, and the Google Drive suite
• Demonstrated leadership and problem solving abilities
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in any given situation
• Experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
• Clean drivers license

Requirements
• Reaching with hands and arms
• Standing up to 10 hours per day
• Walking throughout site
• Lifting up to 50lbs throughout the day
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Hearing and the ability to perceive mechanical sound cues
• Repetitive physical movements of the hands and wrists throughout the day

$55K – $60K salary range
