A leader in the Brooklyn artisanal food movement, Blue Marble Ice Cream is NYC’s only certified organic ice cream company. Founded by two friends back in 2008, our Underhill Avenue ice cream/coffee shop retains the magical neighborhood vibe that continues to keep our regulars coming back and attract new ice cream and coffee aficionados daily. Our events division delivers our unique and delicious offerings in a custom cart service at Private and Special events. We make ice cream fresh in our own certified organic plant in Sunset Park. We’ve got a growing wholesale business, with our ice cream found at partnering companies across the city, from The Starbucks Roastery to The Barclays Center, from jetBlue’s first class cabin to Bareburger… Despite our growth, we remain a community driven company and are looking for someone with experience to jump in and be one of a very active team.

We are an established organic ice cream shop with storefronts in Prospect Heights and at Industry City in Brooklyn, now seeking a manager to fully engage our community in our exceptional coffee offerings at both locations. The shops are beautiful. well-staffed, and very busy during ice cream hours, and we are seeking a leader to continue to uphold a high quality of coffee and ice cream service. Our coffee partner is Partners, and we’ve got everything from espresso to retail beans to draft latte and cold brew on tap. You will bring expertise not only in coffee but in customer service, staff management, and community outreach. You understand servant leadership and how to get the very best performance out of your staff. You’re fluent in everything, from good communication to what music sets the right mood, and at what volume to play it!
