Gotham Coffee Roasters is looking for a hard working, service-oriented person to Manage our high volume coffee shop in the Flatiron District.

In this position you will:

• Ensure the success of Gotham Coffee Roasters retail shop by providing exceptional customer service, maintain employee morale and performance, as well as product quality.
• Guarantee each employee has the necessary skills and tools to work in their position
• Be prepared to work any position within the café with a sense of leadership and determination
• Have open availability to cover shifts as needed
• Upkeep cleanliness and organization
• Maintain inventory so all menu items, retail coffee, and goods are available to customers at all times
• Ensure every drink or product served meets Gotham Coffee Roasters standards for quality and consistency
• Maintain all equipment
• Attend weekly manager meetings
• Report to General Manager
