The Ocean City Coffee Company, in Ocean City NJ is looking to fill 1 or 2 “FULL-TIME” Roaster Positions at our “Flagship Location” 916 Boardwalk, Ocean City NJ 08226. We are looking for a Roaster with a minimum of 2 years of light to dark Roasting Experience. Roasting is required on a daily basis in order to support our 4 Retail Locations as well as our established Internet Business – go to oceancitycoffee.com to get a feel for the single origin, blended beans and flavored coffees we offer. Roasting is done 7 days a week. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
