Job Description

Black Fox Coffee Co is seeking a part-time production assistant to work as part of a small team, ~16 hours a week. The primary function of this role is to bag, label, and pack whole bean and ground coffee. You will be supervised each shift by the Dispatch Manager and must be a team player who strives to do a good job and get the job done on time.

We roast and pack on Tuesday and Wednesday each week, and availability on those days is required. Experience working with coffee is a plus—opportunities to assist with coffee QC.

The pay rate for this position is $21/hr

Requirements:
* Immediate start
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to commute to Bushwick and arrive to work on time 9:00 am-5:00 pm
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow directions closely
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Comfortable doing repetitive motions and movements
* Ability to lift 40lbs
* Stand and walk for extended periods, 8 hours a day
* Experience in a coffee roastery or coffee environment a plus
* Experience in a production facility a plus
