The perfect candidate will have:

At least one year specialty coffee shop experience

Knowledge of specialty coffee and its different brewing methods

Proficiency in espresso preparation

Proficiency in latte art

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

A positive, problem solving attitude

A passion for coffee

A sense of humor

Experience with Shopkeep

Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend at the knees and waist, make precise hand gestures related to espresso extractions

Ability to pass a security background check

Certificate in food protection

Helping out, when necessary, with other in store tasks
