About the Role:

Coperaco is seeking to fill the position of a full time Field Sales Representative. The outgoing individual will be passionate about coffee, and responsible for driving new revenue and meeting or exceeding sales goals.  This will be accomplished by selling roasted coffee and coffee equipment to new clients including cafes, restaurants, grocers, and hotels. 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close new business deals through networking, cold-calling, and obtaining referrals; meet or exceed sales goals
  • Prepare and confidently present proposals to prospective clients
  • Effectively manage relationships with existing clients and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in product and equipment training sessions
  • Stay informed of coffee products and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in coffee sales or food and beverage product sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong computer skills

Compensation:

Competitive package includes salary + commission (DOE) plus paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave
