Full Espresso Repair Inc. is a coffee and espresso sales and service company based in Queens NY. We provide service to Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn and North New Jersey. We are a small company that has been growing steadily for the past 10 years. We pride ourselves on honest, accurate, and timely repairs and creating long lasting and trusting relationships with clients.

We are looking for to fill the position of Service Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

-Receive calls for service and schedule to dispatch technicians (Good phone skills)

-Create a daily list of the day’s service calls to be completed (Microsoft Excel)

-Communicate with technicians / Troubleshooting over the phone

-Respond to field service calls / installations if necessary

-Perform In-Shop repairs when needed

-Monitor parts inventory and receive equipment and parts orders

-Keep shop clean and in order

Qualifications:

-2 or more years of experience repairing Schaerer, Bunn, Jura, Fetco, Rancilio, and La San Marco

-Strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain good rapport with customers

-Strong mechanical aptitude

-Strong logic and reasoning skills

-Able to listen and follow instructions

-Great communication skills

-A great attitude and professional demeanor

-Clean driving record and a valid NY driver’s license

-Plumbing and Electrical knowledge

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

This position requires someone who has very strong organizational skills as the bulk of the work is receiving calls and accurately quoting customers an ETA and scheduling accordingly. This position also requires someone who can adapt quickly to any issue or emergency situation that may arise and reschedule accordingly.
